About me

Hi! I’m Kelly and I am a LMFT and AASECT-certified sex therapist located in Orange County, CA.

I am passionate about working with women and couples to improve, empower, and help them achieve satisfying relationships. I aim to create a warm space for clients as well as encourage them to identify and build upon their strengths to create positive growth and changes in their lives.

*I currently offer in-person sessions in Costa Mesa, CA + virtual sessions for CA residents.

My approach

I approach my work from a solution-focused, relational, attachment, and sex-positive lens. I value the client + therapist relationship and create an environment where comfort, safety, collaboration, and mutual respect are my top priorities. In our sessions, I encourage my clients to be engaging and be their own advocates throughout their healing journey. I believe that understanding yourself fully should not be compartmentalized, and instead be viewed holistically.

Everything is connected, mind + body.
